Support Engineer- CRM
Support Engineer with Dynamics GP, Great Plains/ CRM or other accounting CRM/ ERP system support experience is needed to provide secondary level technical support for a dynamic client. This is a long term contract position.
Responsibilities for the Dynamics Support Engineer
Provides technical support for Dynamics GP, including escalated issues, mainly to end users, along with developers and corporate customers.
Provides support via telephone, written correspondence, and electronic media. Works independently with limited supervision. May provide technical training, coaching and mentoring to other engineers. May act as substantial technical resource in certain product areas.
Requirements for the Dynamics Support Engineer
Associates degree in a technical or business field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/GP/ Great Plains or other accounting CRM/ ERP applications for 1+ years.
Solid understanding of technical support issues. Strong communication, problem solving, and technical writing skills; and help with accounting functions
Excellent customer service and support skills.
Considered a plus for the Dynamics Support Engineer
Experience with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, Exchange, Active Directory, IIS, SharePoint and Office. Programming skills in Dexterity, and/or C# is a plus.
