Operations Technician 1
Act as the first point of contact for a large telecom company. This person will be working in a network operations center and receive alerts/calls from internal and external sources and then identify and troubleshoot network issues. Uses advanced technical expertise and problem solving resolution skills at the customer or company site providing guidance and direction for subordinate field/site engineering jobs. Schedules and prioritizes activities of subordinate site/field engineering jobs. Provides on-site coordination of related activities (ordering equipment, interface with engineering staff and customers). Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
-Strong customer service skills and experience, call center experience is a plus
-Telecom background is preferred
-Eager to learn, willing to be trained
24x7 Operations Looking for all shifts. Days, Evenings. Overnights.
Years of experience: 1 – 4 years’ experience
